Who is the artist ?

My name is Vanesa Lika, and I am an albanian artist born and raised in Switzerland. My art is inspired by the richness of Albanian culture, the beauty of its traditions and the depth of its ancient history.

Through my creations, I seek to celebrate and share a cultural heritage that is deeply meaningful to me.

Albanian traditions, ancestral symbols, ancient history and mythology are among my greatest sources of inspiration, which I love to explore and reinterpret through my art.

My artistic work combines painting with traditional craftsmanship. I create original, hand-painted artworks, often enriched with traditional embroidery, delicate beadwork and other decorative details inspired by Albanian heritage.

These handmade elements bring texture, depth and character to each piece, making every original artwork truly unique.

Beyond cultural heritage, my art also explores spirituality, emotions and the deeper dimensions of the human soul. Some of my paintings are more intimate and expressive, inspired by feelings, energies and stories that words cannot always

convey.

Alongside my original handmade paintings, I also offer fine art prints of selected works, allowing more people to bring a piece of my artistic universe into their homes.

Each creation is an invitation to discover, to feel and to travel. Between roots and artistic freedom, past and present, I strive to create meaningful pieces that tell a story and awaken something within those who encounter them.
